10 Easy Steps Towards Your Outdoor Haven
Step 1. Fill Out The Contact Form
To start the process, fill out the form on our contact page by clicking here. Feel free to attach any images you may have of your space so we can start envisioning your ideas.
Step 2. Phone Consultation with Designer
Once we receive your form, we will call you within one business day for a phone consultation with our designer. Together you will go over your wants and needs for your project so we can better understand the overall scope of work.
Our designer will give you ballpark pricing and information on an overall timeline and next steps during this time.
Step 3. On-Site Consultation With Estimate
During our on-site consultation, we will walk through the project with you and take any necessary measurements we'll need to complete the overall design. Afterward, we'll be able to give you an exact estimate for your project.
Step 5. Sign The Contract & Schedule Project Start
After we've gone over the scope of work for your project and you're entirely comfortable with all aspects of the estimate, we will sign the contract and collect your initial deposit, 10% of the total cost.
Once the contract is signed, we will establish your projected start date for your project.
Step 6. Pre-Job Walk-Through
On the day of your project start, our crew lead will do a pre-job walk-through with you to ensure you know what we will be doing when working on your home and answer any last-minute questions you may have.
Step 7. We Break Ground
This is where the fun begins! From here, we will collect a progress payment and start on your project.
While we are building your outdoor dream space, we will be available to answer any questions you may have as well as keep you updated on our progress.
Step 8. Final Walk-Through
On the day of completion, we will do a final walk-through with you to present to you your new outdoor space. If there is anything that does not meet your satisfaction, we will correct it during this time.
Step 9. Our Warranty
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty on materials, you also benefit from a 3-year craftsmanship guarantee. If anything happens to your project that is within our control, and covered in our contract, we will come out and fix it free of charge.
If your project includes greenery, there is a 1-year warranty on plants and trees.
Step 10. Follow Up
Even though your project is complete, we are still here to take care of you and your new outdoor space. We will perform a three-week check-in after project completion to ensure your space is perfect.
After that, we will perform bi-annual follow-ups for the duration of your 3-year craftsmanship guarantee.
